Automatic Conveyor Cutter iCUT

ICUT is the new Orox range of auto cutters, which combines the latest technologies, with high performance on terms of cutting quality and productivity. The new generation of 2G motors, the “intelligent knife system”, combined with the electronic control of the plate’s pressure, the customizable vacuum settings and the RIVER SYSTEM technology (continuous cut system), ensure a perfect cutting quality from the most soft and stretch fabrics to the hardest ones, even with “zero buffer” .

It is manufactured in three types.

-C250 cut from single ply up to 2,5cm compressed layers

-C600 cut from single ply up to 6cm compressed layers

-C800 cut from single ply up to 8cm compressed layers

ICUT is a patented cutting robot system integrated in the cutting machine. The patents n. 405878 and 2527104 enable that all X, Y motors, electronical frames, PLC, main boards are located in the cutting beam, so that we haven’t any cables that connect the chassis to the beam and the cutting head, reducing drastically the breakages and maintenance time.

POWER SAVE CONSUMPTION

In the optics to reduce the costs of maintenance of the machine, a particular attention has been reserved to the costs of the energy for the operation of the machine.

The electronic systems controlled by inverters, don’t allow to ever reach the peak of electric absorbtion.

Besides the intelligent system for controlling the vacuum modulates continuously the speed of the vacuum turbine and therefore the power consumption required to hold down the material on the cutting table.

With the supplementary automatic cover device of the cutting area, the dispersion of the vacuum is reduced subsequently reducing the electric consumption.
