Automatic Multi-spreading machine SALPE SYSTEM STAR 1 (sheet special)

The automatic multi-spreading STAR 1 (sheet special) is a new and distinctive product in textile industry. It spreads all kind of fabric, zig-zag or with scissors without butts or with butts as well as all fabrics, with close texture without a pilot. It has been manufactured of credible materials with advanced manufacturing know how. Given that it can be managed very simply and easy from a touch screen it is a useful machine for every producer of ready-made clothes. It’s motion is controlled by programmed logical regulators (PLC) and revolution regulators (INVERTER) for smooth start and stop. It can also carry one more roll of cloth apart from the one it spreads, for increased productivity. It has also an operator carrier for direct supervision of spreading.

It is manufactured in two types: P 2800 & P 3500 as well as in any specially ordered type.

         - The tubular cloths are spread with photo-electric cell and NOT WITH                    GUIDE, effective width 1300mm.
         - Maximum height of layers 200mm
         - Feeding crane for easy placement of the rolls 
         - Capacity of micro-regulation, especially for spreading elastic fabrics
